David Chestnut, president and owner of Pennyrile Home Medical was recently elected president of the Kentucky Home Medical Equipment Suppliers Association (KMESA) for 2017. Chestnut has been a board member of KMESA for over 25 years and his company has been providing home medical services to western Kentucky for more than 34 years.
KMESA is the state association that represents all its members statewide to ensure quality of its providers that provide home medical equipment and supplies to the home patients. KMESA also provides educational meetings for its members, participates as a member on the Medicare and Medicaid state and national advisory councils and presents their members and their home patientâ€â ¢s opinions to ensure the home benefits and rights due them are represented to the government and private insurance industry.
